REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

CUSTOM ORDERS
All made to order and custom orders operate with a no-refund policy once payment has been issued and production has begun.

If there are any issues with your order please contact us within 3 days of receiving it and we will advise according to your individual order.

READY TO WEAR ORDERS
Returns will be accepted on any faulty or wrongly described merchandise within the timeframe of 7 days. If an item is faulty or wrongly described you may request a refund or an exchange for another item and this needs to be communicated within 7 days of receiving your item.
Please note all items must be unworn and in its original condition.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This will then be evaluated, please submit photos to : volteaureofficial@gmail.com. Brittany Washington reserves the right to decline a refund or exchange where a product does not meet the requirements or conditions.

Custom Made Orders
Custom Made - refers to garments which are not readily available or already designed for the client. This may be a new design created by, but not limited to inspiration from another design, a sketch or and inspirational photo. These garments require production time and a consultation for exact measurements

If you are ordering a custom order you are required to attend a consultation where your measurements will be taken. We do not accept measurements from other stores, seamstresses or persons other than ourselves. We cannot proceed with your custom order without a consultation.

All Fabrics, materials, details and the design will be discussed at the consultation. An accurate quote will also be provided based on the design described by the client.
Payment arrangements will be discussed at the consultation, we also offer payment plan options dependent on price and timeframe.

Modifications & Changes
If you would like any changes made to your order please contact us as soon as possible and any changes may be accommodated depending on the production stage. Any minor changes can be made at no additional cost, however any major changes that require additional materials or complete design changes will need to be agreed by both parties and may require an additional fee and added time. If fabrics have already been purchased the customer will need to pay for the new materials.

Payments
If you have opted for a payment plan and are not paying for your order in full, any payments not made in a timely manner or according to the payment schedule arranged will delay the progress of your order. The production process on your order will halt until payments are up to date.

Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your order once production has begun on your garment we cannot provide a refund. If you no longer would like to proceed with your order you are not required to pay any monies owed, however any funds sent to Voltea’ure will not be refunded.
Brittany Washington will not tolerate any form of rudeness or disrespect regarding any order. Any form of disrespect will result in the client's order being cancelled and the production of the dress will not be continued. Brittany Washington will not tolerate any form of abuse, harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, physical assault or defamation of character in any manner. Any persons who engage in the above in any form are in breach of contract and will result in charges filed against them.
Shipping
Shipping times will depend on your location and country please check all information on shipping and for more details here.
Please ensure you enter the correct shipping information to your order. Brittany Washington cannot be held liable for any incorrect shipping address information entered on the system. Please also ensure the shipping timeframe coincides with the date you require the product.
Once the product has been handed to the shipping company we are no longer held liable for the garment.
Any delays caused by the shipping company is beyond our control. Please ensure your order is placed and paid off fully to allow enough time for shipping.
